VO2 FAQ's

If you have come to this page, you are having issues with logging into the VO2 Site or your VO2 Team Portal Page.

Here are the most common issues customers have questions about:

1.  "I am unable to Log In to the VO2 Site to make a purchase.  What do I need to do?"  

a.  If you are having trouble logging into the site, make sure that you are entering the correct login and password you gave yourself when you registered with VO2 Sports. 

b.  If you have forgotten your password, Click on the LOG IN option in the upper right hand corner of the site.  Then click on FORGOT PASSWORD in the section where you would have entered your password. Enter your email address then click SUBMIT.  If your email address is valid and in our system, we will send you a link to reset your password.   If you do not receive an email, that means we do not have your email in our system and you need to register with VO2 Sports.  

***Please note, we do not have access to customer passwords in the VO2 office or through the VO2 Phone line.

 

2.  "I am able to Sign In the the VO2 Sports Website, but I can not Log In to my team portal.  What do I need to do?"

a.  If you are having issues logging into your Team Portal, please make sure you are registered with VO2 Sports and are logged into the VO2 Sports website.  You can not view team portals without being registered with VO2 Sports.

b.  If you are logged into the VO2 Sports site, make sure you are  entering the Team Passcode correctly?  This team information is case sensitive so make sure you enter it as you see it.  Most team members "cut and paste" this passcode directly from the information the coach sends them.

c.  If you do not have your teams Passcode, please contact your coach and they will give it to you.

3.  "How long does it take to process Custom/Personalized Team Merchandise?"

a.  Normal processing time can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.  It all depends on the product availability and how busy our Custom Department is.  It can also depend on the time of the year.  Fitting Seasons (MAY, JUNE, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER), as well as the Holiday season, you can expect items to take 3-4 weeks.

b.  If your team established a deadline to order certain items by BULK (custom personalized caps, screened suits, anything with an "ink printed" logo).  We have to wait 24 hours after the deadline to begin production of those items.  Then the up to 4 weeks production time comes into play.
